What happens when you visit the site
The site uses only technical cookies and storage, which are necessary for it to work (for example to remember your choice about cookies). The provider that hosts it records, like every server, technical data (IP address, page requested, date and time) for security and operation; this data is not used to identify you.
When you write to us from the site
The «Book» and «Ask a question» forms do not send any data to our server: they prepare a message that is sent from your WhatsApp or your email, only when you press send. From that moment we process your name, telephone number and what you write to us in order to reply, book the consultation and, if you become a client, follow your case (legal basis: pre-contractual measures and contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
On WhatsApp and by phone you are answered by Sofia, an assistant based on artificial intelligence: you know this from the very first message. Decisions about your case are always taken by people in the office.
TikTok videos
Videos are shown as images saved on our site. The TikTok player is loaded only if you have accepted external content in the cookie banner and press «play»: from that moment TikTok may collect data according to its own notice. You can change your mind at any time from «Cookie preferences» at the bottom of every page.
For how long
We keep the data of contacts who do not become clients for as long as needed to reply; the data of clients for the duration of the case and for the periods required by law (for example tax obligations).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit its use, to object to it or to receive it in a readable format, by writing to info@studioimmigrato.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) (garanteprivacy.it).
